This is a peaceful meditation which focuses you in your body at the beginning of each day. It’s not about the time you sit, or for how long you sit, meditation is about taking time each day to listen to where your body is at. It is also an idea to take a moment to listen to the day as well and see what Nature is doing as we combine with her energy to create the day we walk in.
This little meditation also walks you through your body so you can observe how the body is feeling and if there is discomfort where is the discomfort located. This meditation is not long, so it can be done anytime you have a moment to just breathe. Breathe, listen and be still. These moments in a day bring us into balance.
